The company said structural engineering work for the administration building is complete and the shell erected.

鈥淚n the next few weeks, the fa莽ade work and the interior fittings will be completed,鈥� Develon said, adding it expects to create 40 new permanent jobs at the complex.

In addition to large workshop spaces and an office building, a modern customer and training centre is also being constructed, Develon said. It鈥檚 expected the latest generation rental fleets will also be housed there.

Andreas M. Lohner, managing director of Develon Germany and sales manager for Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Eastern Europe, said, 鈥淲e see our goal of consistently expanding the business step by step literally growing every day and are looking forward to welcoming customers and retailers on site from next year. This also includes, for example, the German-language training courses at Bauma.鈥�

Construction is expected to last through this year with the facility scheduled to open in 2025.
